The Learning Tree Child Development Center offers premier childcare and education programs. Established in 1994, we have locations in Annapolis, MD and Burtonsville, MD. We believe a child should spend each day in a bright, safe environment which will promote their social, physical, cognitive and emotional growth. Through scholastic and social activities, we work to provide an environment of unconditional love and support so children can develop a positive self image.
The Learning Tree Child Development Center's Services Include:
- Infant/Toddler Childcare Program - 6 weeks - 2 years, adult / child ratio 1:3
- 2 Year Old Childcare Program - adult / child ratio 1:6
- 3 Year Old Preschool Program - adult / child ratio 1:10
- 4 Year Old Preschool Program - adult / child ratio 1:10
We offer full and part time schedules ( 2 years and up ).
We provide a healthy morning and afternoon snack. All food items are approved by a dietician. We serve 2% milk and 100% fruit juice at both snack and lunch. Children bring their lunch to school.
The Learning Tree Child Development Center is NAEYC accredited and a MSDE approved preschool. All of our staff members are CPR and First Aid certified as well as Medication Administration trained. All staff participate in the Maryland Childcare Credentialing Program.
The Learning Tree conducts periodic seminars for parents during the evening. Topics may include kindergarten readiness, behavior modifications, and saving for college.
